Ingredients

American Corn 150 gms, Corn flour 50 gms, Water to mix, Chopped Onion 50 gms

Chopped Green Chillies 1 tea spoon, Chopped Garlic 1 tea spoon

Salt to taste, Pepper ½ tea spoon, Sugar (Optional) ¼ tea spoon

Chopped Spring Onion for Garnish.

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Make batter with corn flour, water and salt. Mix American corn with the batter and fry. Take a fry pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped green chillies sauté till onion gets golden brown in colour. Add fried corn, salt, pepper and toss. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.n
