I will be the first to tell you that I am not a huge fan of Cinnamon rolls. However, when I added apples and pistachios, I turned into a believer. Also, I found a white whole wheat flour that makes this a “healthier” option to the regular cinnamon rolls. It has been a while since I used ground flax seed meals, so, I decided to change that. Flax seed meal is one of my favorite ways to add omega 3 fatty oils to my diet

Ingredients

Earth Balance Butter

salt

Granny Smith Apples

water

lemon juice

Rose's Grenadine Syrup

nutmeg,

ground pistachios
