Ingredients

chickpea 100gm

Onion 50gm

Carrot 50gm

Cucumber 50gm

Parsley 1tbsp

Fresh tomato 50gm

For the dressing

Lemon juice 2tbsp

Dijon Mustard 1tbsp

Olive oil 100ml

n n Boil Chickpeas with salt watern n Cut all the vegetables into cube shapen n Chop the parsely finen n Mix all the chickpea & vegetable together       nnn            For the Lemon Dressing nn n Put the lemon juice Dijon mustred and seasoning together and wisk it with olive oil. That is it...n n Mix it with saladnn
