10 gms Garlic

10 gms Sundried Tomato Strips Aus

100 gms Broth, Chicken

10 gms Olive Oil

10 gms Butter

10 gms Onion

15 gms Black Olive Calamata

Cooking Procedure

n n Boil Pasta in salted Water into al dente.n n Saute Onion and Garlic with Olive Oil, and add cleaned Cime di Rapa.n n Add Pork Sausage, drizzle with white wine, cover and simmer.n n Add al dente Pasta and toss.n n In a separate pan, heat 1 tbs of Olive Oil and add Chili Flakes.n n Add the whole content of the pan with the Pasta.n n Toss with high flame and serve hot.nnn  n
