n n Whip Egg Yolks with 120 gms of Sugar, add Mascarpone and whip continuously. Add Rum to enhance Aroma.n n Whip separated Egg whites until foam texture is formed. Add gradually to lighten the cream mixture.n n Place Coffee mixture in a shallow container, add rest of the Sugar and mix with 2 DL of Water.n n Prepare Tiramisu serving container. Soak Savoirdi into the Coffee Mixture and Squeeze Delicately to remove excess liquids.n n Fill in the container with layers of Savoiardi and the Cream Mixture alternately. Top finish with the Cream and cover with Plastic Film.n n Chil 3 to 4 hours to set.n n Strain Cocoa Powder on the top before serving.nn
