100 Gms Hang Curd

30 Gms Ginger Garlic Paste

Salt To Taste

15 Gms Garam Masala

1/2 Tbsp Kasuri Methi

2 Tbsp Mustard Oil

1.5 Tbsp Kashmiri Chili Powder

1 Lemon (Juice)

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Marinationnn n Clean the Pomfret by slitting it and make cut marks on both the sides.n n Marinate Pomfret with Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli & Salt, Mustard Oil for 1 hour.nnn Masala Preparationnn n Mix Hang Curd, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Lemon Juice in a bowl and apply to the marinated Pomfret.nnn Masala Preparationnn n Fix the Skewer (Tandoori Sheek) through the Pomfret.n n Put it in the hot Tandoori Clay Pot or in the oven at 180 degrees C for 15 - 20 minutes until the pomfret is well cooked and not roasted.n n Take out the Pomfret and serve hot. nn
