n n Grate the Potatoes and keep it asiden n Chop all the vegetable and boil them in water (around 1/2 litre water).n n Toss the boiled vegetables in Oil and keep aside.n n Mix the tossed vegetables with grated Potato and add granted Paneer.n n Add remaining ingredients Spinach Puree, Garam Masala, Jeera Powder, Yellow Chilli Powder & salt to the vegetables & Potato mix. n n Mix the ingredients well and add roasted Chana Powder to it.n n Mix well and make equal portions of dumplings and press them into tikki shape. Press half Cashew on top of it.n n Deep fry the tikkis in Oil, sprinkle Garam Masala on top and serve hot.nn
