ripe bananas, mashed

milk (dairy or non-dairy are fine)

coconut sugar (granulated or brown sugar may be used instead)

crushed pineapple

coconut oil

plain non-fat Greek yogurt

egg white

vanilla

coconut extract (optional, replace with more vanilla extract if you aren't using it)

macadamia nuts, chopped

unsweetened coconut flakes

coconut sugar
