About Recipe

This paneer Tikka recipe is deceptively simple and easy to make with the marination of yoghurt and spices make it’s delicious. It’s then seasoned with curry leaves and some spices give you perfect flavour and FABULOUS paneer tikka on Tawa.

Ingredients

2 tbsp gingelly oil

200 grams/ 1cup – paneer /cottage cheese.

3 tbs yogurt

1tbs ginger garlic paste

Cooking Procedure

To a mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, and turmeric powder and salt.

Whisk them to make a thick paste.

Add cubed paneer cubes, mix well and marinate for 15 to 30 mins.
