This Palak Paneer recipe is healthy, packed with Nutritious, hearty and satisfying comfort food! The texture is SO SO creamy and its a classic comforting recipe!
Ingredients
1 bunch of palak (spinach)
1 cup of paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tomatoes (puree)
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (www.nithisclickncook.com)
Cooking Procedure

To a pan, add butter and spinach stir fry for few seconds. Add into a blender and grind to a fine puree. You may also add 1/4 cup water to puree.

To the same pan, add butter, add cumin seed. Let it sizzle for a few seconds

Meanwhile, grind dry red chillies, peppercorns, ginger and garlic, Sprinkle little water and grind to a fine puree. Add to the pan, Stir and cook for 3 mins till the raw smell disappears.
