About Recipe

Everything I have cooked so far on my shiny new blog has been exceptionally meaty and despite being a devout carnivore my diet is far from being meat stuffed with meat served with a side ordering of meat washed down with a good hearty bone based stock! Far from it in fact the majority of things I eat tend to be either entirely vegetable/pulse based or failing that very heavy on the non meat content, this is primarily because it makes economic sense lets face it I grow most of it so it would be daft to let it go to waste, but also because I love it. So today I offer something a little different and something a little more akin to what I typically eat, some glorious homemade gnocchi simply served with savoy cabbage, walnuts and some shaved Parmesan cheese.
