About Recipe

Healthy gluten and dairy free snack or dessert. Cake with apples and pears.

Ingredients

3 eggs

½ cup brown sugar (or 4 tbsp agave syrup)

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup rice flour

1 cup corn flour (or tapioca, potato flour)

1 tsp baking soda (gluten free)

pinch of salt

3 pears

2 apples

¼ cup fruit goji

½ cup chopped dried figs

½ cup chopped nuts

Cooking Procedure

n Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Baking pan lined with baking paper. Pears and apples peeled, cored and chopped.nn Mix the eggs with sugar to white cream. Add oil and sifted flour with baking soda. Mix add a pinch of salt. Add fruits and nuts – mix gently. Put the dough on the baking pan.nn Bake about 40 -45 minutes, until brown. Cool it in the pan.n
