Ingredients

250gm mushrooms,cut into small pieces.

1/2 cup onions,cut into thin vertical slices.

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric

salt to taste

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Procedure

1. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds.2. After they start spluttering ,add onions and fry till they get golden brown  color.3.Add ginger garlic paste and fry.4.Add mushrooms ,salt and turmeric.5.Cover and cook on medium flame for 10mins.6.Need not add water,mushrooms ooze out water.7.Now add coriander and chilli powder and cook for 10 more mins.8.Stirr occasionally till all the water gets evaporated and curry becomes dry.9.switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.10.serve with roti or rice it tastes good.
