n 1.Soak all the ingredients except idly rava for six hours in water.nn 2.Soak idly rava for atleast one hour seperately.nn 3.Blend the soaked dals and rice to fine paste ,adding water just like dosa batter consistancy.nn 4.Wash idly rava,squeeze water and add to the ground batter and adjust the consistancy by adding required water.nn 5.Add salt, grated ginger and cumin seeds to this.nn 6.Now heat a tawa,add a laddle ful of batter and spread in circular motion just like u do for dosa,add a tsp of oil.nn 7.flip the dosa and heat on the other side too.nn 8.Serve hot with any chutney.n
