Ingredients

1 large mango.(raw)

pinch turmeric.

5tsp salt.

6tsp chilli powder.

3tsp fenugreek seeds powder.

1tsp mustard seeds powder.

3tbs oil.

2 or 3 garlic cloves.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Wash and dry mango thoroughly and cut into small pieces.nn 2. Add salt and turmeric and keep aside for one hour.nn 3. After one hr,add fenugreek seeds powder, mustard seeds powder and chilli powder.nn 4. Add peeled garlic to the pickle,heat oil and add  this warm oil to the pickle.nn 5. Mix well and keep  aside overnight.nn 6. It can be served next day and can be stored for one month.n
