About Recipe

Simple instant rice.

Ingredients

1 bowl cooked rice.

1 bunch coriander leaves.

2 green chillies.

1tsp ginger garlic paste.

2tbs oil.

1 inch cinnamon piece.

3 cloves

4 cardamoms.

1 bay leaf.

2 star anise.

1/2tsp shahi jeera.

small onion,vertically sliced.

salt to taste.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Blend coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste and green chillies to fine paste,by adding little water.nn 2.Heat oil in a large pan add whole garam masala and onions and fry till onions become brown colour.nn 3. Now add coriander paste and fry till it becomes dry and oil seperates.nn 4. Add cooked rice and salt and mix well.nn 5. Serve hot with any  chicken starter and raita.n
