Ingredients

1lb boneless chicken.

1tsp ginger garlic paste.

2tsp curd.

2tsp tomatoe sauce.

2tsp chilly sauce.

1tsp soya sauce.

salt to taste.

2tsp chilli powder.

1tsp coriander powder.

1/4tsp turmeric.

1/2tsp pepper.

1/2tsp gharam masala.

oil.

one onion cut into rings.

3 or 4 slit green chillies.

5 or 6 curry leaves.

1 capsicum.

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Take boneless, skinless chicken and cut into small cubes,wash and drain.nn 2. Absorb any excess moisture with a paper towel.nn 3. Prepare a marinade with ginger garlic paste,all the three sauces,curd,chilli,coriander,turmeric,pepper,gharam masala powders and salt.nn 4. Refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.nn 5. Deep fry these chicken pieces in oil on medium flame, in small batches.nn 6.You can also pan fry if u dont like too much oil.nn 7. Now take a fresh pan ,add 2tbsp oil.nn 8. Add onion,green chillies,curryleaves,capsicum and saute them till they become tender.nn 9. Now add fried chicken pieces,add little pepper and soya sauce and fry.nn 10. Mix well and adjust salt if required.nn  nn  n
