This soft, rich, and moist double chocolate zucchini bread is so delicious, you won’t believe it is healthy too!

Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp honey

1 egg

4.4oz siggis plain yogurt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 cups zucchini, shredded

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup 100% valrhona cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

½ cup chocolate chips

pumpkin seeds, garnishing

Cooking Procedure

Fold in the chocolate chipsn n Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for approximately 25 mins or until forks comes out cleannn
