Today, I am going to share a traditional recipe of Rajas than, Rabri. It is mostly prepared on Shitla asthami, a Festival, when people prepare different dishes , offer them to Shitla Mata on next day early morning, and then invite relatives to their homes for meal. But in villages, it is prepared very often in Summers. It is prepared from 2 ingredients, Maize flour and butter milk. Maize contains Ferulic acid which fights cancer, it also contains vitamin B12, iron, folic acid, starch, carbohydrates. Butter milk is also good for health and perfect for summers. The combination of both gives a cool and yummy drink, which gives relief from hot summer. The recipe is very easy. Let us start.
