A homemade, quick and easy Banana Pudding Recipe made in the microwave and topped with Italian Meringue made with brown sugar. A mouthful to say but even better when you taste it!

Ingredients

egg yolks at room temperature (keep the whites for the merigue)

granulated white sugar

ripe bananas (mashed)

milk (I used low fat)

melted butter (without salt)

all purpose flour (or cornstarch)

vanilla extract

salt

brown sugar

water

egg whites

vanilla extract

icing sugar
