The next time you feel like a milk shake, or some ice cream , try this super creamy banana-based smoothie instead! Freezing your bananas is also a great way to preserve bananas before they go brown or get tossed.

Ingredients

frozen banana, 1 cup

peanut butter, 2 tbsp

coconut milk, 1/4 cup

chocolate chips, 2 tbsp

n n place all ingredients in blendern n pulse until fairly well blended. mix on low until fully blendedn n pour into cups and top with chocolate chips for some added crunch (optional)n n enjoy!nn
