Ingredients

4 Peeled Cucumber

4 Fresh Red Chilli chopped into thin round pieces

10 Garlic Pieces finely Chopped into Small Pieces

2.5 Table Spoons Olive Oil

3 Table Spoons Chopped Mint Leaves

3 Table Spoons Chopped Basil

2 Tea Spoons Honey

1 Lemon juice

Cooking Procedure

n n Saute Fresh Red Chilli & Garlic Pieces in Olive for couple of minutes and keep aside until it cools.n n Cut Cucumber into small pieces, remove the seeds to avoid salad getting watery.n n Add Honey, Lemon Juice to the Olive Oil mixture and add it to the cut Cucumber. Mix well.n n Finally add Mint & Basil to the Cucumber and mix well. Serve fresh to avoid Salad getting watery.nn
