Ingredients

2 Small Cups of cut Amla (Gooseberry) without Seeds

1 Medium sized Onion sliced into vertical pieces

2 Green Chilly cut into 4 pieces

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

Salt to Taste

Pinch of Turmeric Powder

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tea Spoon Coconut Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

4 Tomatoes Chopped into small pieces

1.5 Table Spoons Oil

1 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander Leaves

Cooking Procedure

Heat Oil in a Pan and add sliced Onions, Green Chilly Pieces. Stir gently until onions turn golden brown.

Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder and mix well.

Add cut Amla (Gooseberry), Salt, Red Chilly Powder. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat and add 1/2 Cup of water.

After Amla is half cooked add Tomatoes.

Once cooked, add Coconut & Coriander Powder and let it stay on low heat for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with Fresh Coriander and take off the heat.
