mutton 1 kg

pepper corn 10 no

oil 50 ml

venegar 3 tbsp

curry leaves few

tamirind juice .5 cup

broken red chilly 5 no

onion 4 no

cloves and cardomom 3 pcs each

g and g paste 2tbsp

chilly pdr 3 tsp

salt

Cooking Procedure

n wash the motton pcs nn add gand g paste salt and chilly pdrnn  nn in a skillet add oil   fry sliced onion and curry leavesnn add red chilly and spices till golden.nn add meat and mix well. fry for 2 min and some tamird juice or venegar and requerd water. slow cook for almost meat is done. and oil comes out and the gravy is dark brown.    nn                                                                                                              done.....n
