About Recipe

Cake with spinach, unusual combination of green vegetables with a cream. The mini cakes version.


3 eggs

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar (cane)

1 cup puree with spinach *

Cooking Procedure


n Mix the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, add the oil. Slowly pour the sieved flour with baking powder. Finally, add the extract and a pinch of salt. The entire pour into rectangular or quadratic molds lined with baking paper.nn Cake bake in a preheated to 170 degrees C oven for about 35 minutes – a dry stick. The dough is left to cool in the mold. Has cooled divided into 4 parts, which are then cut in half – leave the crumbs in a bowl – still useful to us....n
