Ingredients

White Wheat Flour ...................................... 2 cups

Dark Brownsugar .......................................1 cup

Butter ....................................................... 1 stick / 1/2 cup room temperature

Milk .........................................................1/4 cup

Egg........................................................... 2 large

vanilla Extract ........................................ 2 tsp

Salt ....................................................... a pinch

Baking Powder ...................................... 1 tsp

Baking Powder ...................................... 1 tsp

Ground Cinnamon ................................... 1.5 tsp

Nutmeg ................................................... 2 pinches, finely grated

Cardamom ...............................................1

Cloves ....................................................2

Apples ..................................................1 cup grated

Apples ................................................ thinly sliced for garnish

Cooking Procedure

n n Grease a bundt pan with butter and set aside.n n Preheat the oven to 350 F.n n In a spice grinder , grind cloves, cardamom with nutmeg and cinnamon.n n In a medium bowl , sift together the flour, spices, salt , baking powder, baking soda.n n In a large bowl, whisk together butter and eggs one at a time. Add in the sugar and beat well along with milk.n n Finally throw in the grated apples and stir well. Now mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in batches.n n Try not to over do the mixture. Transfer to the prepared pan and place it in the top rack.n n Cook for about 25 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.n n Cool the cake and move it to the serving platter.n n Arrange the thinly sliced apples and dust with a bit of spices to garnish.nn
