I had the amazing opportunity to live in India when I was younger so I particularly love Indian food. Even though I'm a wuss when it comes to spice. I enjoy the flavors from that region and love experimenting with making different Indian dishes. I try to make healthy versions of most meals because I try to keep my eating fairly clean, but don't want to sacrifice taste or flavor. To modify this recipe I exchanged olive oil for butter (which is typically used) and fat free plain Greek yogurt for heavy cream to thicken the sauce. I promise you won't miss the butter or cream. And neither will your thighs.
