Celebrating my favorite cardio hip hop instructor's birthday with a 2 hour class (yes!!), I initially thought of cupcakes, but figured after all that hard work, I wanted a healthy snack for the group. Granola was the perfect option. I wanted to make bars, so I looked up a few recipes to get an idea of what I needed to do. Looked so good when I pulled it out of the oven, but it definitely didn't turn out to be bars... So it became little baggies! I'll keep experimenting and report back with bars soon.
