This sauteed Mushroom Sauce Recipe takes less than 15 minutes to make and is amazing served on meat, chicken or just on its own.
Ingredients
16 oz, sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brandy
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cream
1 sprig thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper

n n n n Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat and add mushrooms and beef broth. Let the mushrooms cook until 75% of the liquid has been absorbed.n n n n n Add the brandy and thyme and cook about 1-2 minutes.n n n n Then add the cream and simmer 1-2 minutes, until it has thickened. n n n n Add the butter, salt and pepper and stir until butter is melted and coats the mushroomn nn
