As we all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Years ago I was not used to having breakfast, just a cup of coffee, warm milk or tea was enough to start the day. For quite some time now, I somehow managed to learn to eat breakfast, and as time passed I realized that my day is much better and positive, if I have spent 15 minutes to eat something in the morning.
