This delicious Greek Seafood Paella recipe is inspired by the paella of Valencia, Spain and putting a new spin on a traditional Greek recipe called Kritharaki. A combination of two mediterranean dishes creating something new and utterly mouthwatering – with a secret ingredient! Watch me cooking this dish at the bottom of this post. A perfect midweek recipe but also sophisticated enough that with just a couple of alterations you could serve at a dinner party. This is really two dishes that I’ll explain in more detail below. With the secret ingredient being a shot of Ouzo which compliments the seafood wonderfully with the zesty flavours of anise.
