n n 1. Wash bhindi/okra, dry with kitchen towel, keep aside.nnn n nnn n 2. In a bowl take coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder,n red chili powder, turmeric powder, desiccated coconut,salt and mixn well. nnn n nnn n 3. Now cut head, base of bhindi, slit them length wise.n n n n 4. Stuff the masala in bhindi with hands.n n n n 5. Cut the stuffed bhindi into small peaces.n n n n 6. Heat oil in a kadahi.n n n n n 7. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, when they cracklen add asafoetida.n n n n 8. Add stuffed bhindi to oil.n n n n n 9.Turn the okra time to time to allow even cooking on all sides. Let it cook for 8-10 mins.n n n n 10. When bhindi is done, add remaining leftover stuffing and mix well.n n n n n n n 11. Cook for another 2-3 mins, stuffed bhindi is ready to serve.n n n n n n n nnn n
