Besan laddu is a sweet prepared and liked all over India in all occasion

Ingredients

250 gms gram flour (besan)

250 gms powdered sugar

150 gms ghee

8-10 almonds chopped

8-10 cashew nuts chopped

8-10 pistachios chopped

1 tsp green cardamom powder

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Heat ghee in a pan/kadai, add gram flour, roast on low heat. Keepn     constantly stirring to  avoid lumps.nn  nn 2. When a nice aroma is given out, besan starts releasing ghee & turnsn n         light brown in color remove it from heat. This may take 10-12 mins.nn  nn 3. Transfer it to a bowl & let it cool.  n  nn 4. Now add powered sugar, nuts, cardamom powder & mix thoroughly.nn n  nnn 5. Shape into even sized laddus.n  nn 6. Garnish with chopped pistachio, cashew nut & almond.nn  nn n 7. Cool completely & store in  airtight container.n n  nnn  n
