Healthy drink to start the day.

Ingredients

1/2 Banana

1/4 cup frozen Stawberries

1/4 Cup frozen Blueberries

1/2 Cup Spinach

1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt

1/2 Cup Milk or as required

1 Teaspoon Chia seeds soaked in 2 - 3 teaspoons of water for 10 mins (optional)

Honey to taste (optional, I didn't use it)

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Add the ingredients into a grinder/ blender and blend for 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached and serve.nn  nn 2. For kids strain it and serve.nn  nn 3. Use milk according to the consistency required.nn  nn 4. You can increase or decrease the amount of spinach and berries as per taste.nn  n
