Ingredients

2 Small Broccoli

1.5 Tablespoons garlic thinly sliced horizontally

3 Tablespoons or more Walnuts chopped

2 Tablespoons Olive oil

Redchili powder/ Cayenne pepper to tatse

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 Lime (optional)

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Cut the broccoli and stems into desired size pieces preferably large. Wash and drain the broccoli completely.nn  nn 2. Heat a wide non stick pan on medium  heat. toast the walnuts slightly. Keep them aside. Now increase the heat to medium high, add oil and garlic, fry the garlic till it slightly changes its color.nn  nn 3. Now add the broccoli in a single layer, with little or no overlapping. Cover it immediatly and leaves it for 2 mins.nn  nn 4. After 2 mins mix once and leave it again for 2 mins.nn  nn 5. Meanwhile mix redchilli powder, salt and pepper in 1/4 cup of water.nn  nn 6. After 2 mins add this water mixture and combine well. Cover and cook for 1 min.nn  nn 7. Now cook uncovered till all the water is evaporated and broccoli is well roasted. Add the toasted walnuts and squeeze some lime juice.nn  nn 8. Serve hot.n
