Ingredients

1 cup diced seedless watermelon

1 cup diced cantaloupe

1 cup diced pineapple

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup sliced kiwi fruit

1 cup blueberries

1 cup oranges( skin peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces)

3 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoon finely chopped mint leaves

Cooking Procedure

1. Place all the fruits in a big bowl  and refrigerate.2. To prepare the dressing whisk together the  lime juice, honey and mint leaves.3. Just before serving pour the dressing over the fruits, and toss well.4. Serve chilled. 5. You can add and remove any fruit depending upon the color.
