Ingredients

1 cup Quick cooking oats

1/4 Cup mixed nuts soaked overnight ( I used almonds and walnuts)

1 small banana

Berries of your choice as required

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

pinch of salt

1 egg

Milk as required to make a smooth batter

2 teaspoons butter

Cooking Procedure

n 1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except berries.n 2. Allow to blend until the mixture is smooth and blended well.n 3. Keep the batter a side for 10-15 minutes until thickened slightly.n 4. Heat a griddle or large non-stick skillet over medium heat.n 5. Pour about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of batter onto griddle. Sprinkle  berries on top.n 6. Flip when bubbles on top burst, about 3 - 4 minutes. Cook for another couple of minutes, until pancakes are golden brown. Repeat with remaining batches.n 7. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries of your choice.n
