Ingredients

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 Avocado peeled, deseeded

2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Mint Leaves

1/2 Teasoon Red Chilly Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste.

Salt to taste

Few Drops lime juice

Water as Required (app less than 1/2 cup)

1/2 Teaspoon cumin seeds.

1 Teaspoon Oil for Dough, 1 Tablespoon for Rotis

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Make a fine paste of avacado by adding few drops of lime juice.nn 2. In a bowl, add the wheat flour, finely chopped pudina leaves, avocado paste, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and cumin seeds. Mix all these very nicely.nn 3. Now  add water as required and knead to form a soft and smooth dough. Add oil and knead well.nn 4.Cover the dough and keep it aside for atleast 15 mins.nn 5.  Heat a tawa or skillet on medium heat.nn 6. Knead the dough again for 2 mins and divide into large lemon size balls.nn n 7. Start rolling the balls into rotis by adding dry whole-wheat flour.nn n 8. Place the prepared roti  onto the hot tawa, turn the roti over when you see bubbles appear on the surface.nn n 9. Apply oil on the surface, flip again and apply oil to the other surface.nn n 10. Press on the edges with a spatula and cook till both the sides are well cooked. It will just take around 1 to 1.5 mins each side to cook.nn n 11. Serve hot with any dal/ curry/ raita.nn Note: Pudina leaves can be adjusted as per taste. Coriander (cilantro) leaves can be substituted for mint leaves.n
