Craving a hearty breakfast? Try these Paleo Blueberry Pancakes made with coconut flour. They are full of protein with four eggs and will keep you full until lunch.

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tsp baking soda

dash of salt

1/2 cup wild blueberries

Cooking Procedure

n n Preheat a griddle or skillet. Spray with cooking spray or use coconut oil to grease skillet.n n Mix all ingredients together except the blueberries.n n Whisk well and then fold in blueberries.n n Pour into hot pan and cook for at least 5-6 minutes per side.nn
