Ingredients

2 Cups Snake Gourd Small Pieces without Seed & Skin Lightly Peeled Off.

3 Tea Spoons Besan (Chana Powder)

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

2 Table Spoons Oil

4 Medium Sized Red Chillies Made into 2 Pieces Each

1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds

Cooking Procedure

Mix Snake Gourd Pieces, Salt in a bowl and let it marinate for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes Squeeze Snake Gourd Pieces tightly to remove water from the vegetable. Throw off the water and keep Snake Gourd Pieces aside.

Heat Oil in a Pan and add Mustard Seeds, Red Chillies. After few seconds add Snake Gourd Pieces.

Let the mixture cook on low heat until vegetable pieces are well cooked. Add Besan and keep mixing gently for 5 minutes on low heat.

Take off the heat when done
