Apply 2 tea spoons of Ginger Garlic Paste, 1.5 tea spoons of Red Chili Powder, 1/4 tea spoon Turmeric, 1/2 tea spoon of Salt to the Fish.Heat 1.5 table spoon of Oil in a pan and fry the fish on both the sides until they turn golden brown color. Fry all the fish and keep them aside, add Oil to the pan if not sufficient.
Add remaining Oil to the same pan and fry Onion slices on low heat covering with a lid until they are half cooked.
Add remaining Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Salt, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala to the half cooked Onion and let it remain on low heat until Onion is well cooked.
Add grated Green Mango, Chopped Coriander to the Onion mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add Fried Fish to the mixture in the pan. Gently mix Onion & Mango to apply it to the Fish and cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes.
Take off the heat once done.
Procedure for making Gharam Masala: Grind 1/2 Tea Spoon Sajeera, 1/2 Tea Spoon Cinnamon pcs, 5 Cardamom pcs, 8 Pepper pcs, 1/2 Tea Spoon Kababchini, 4 Cloves to make fine Gharam Masala Powder.
