Chicken Fry

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Chicken

1 Big Onion

3 Green Chillies Finely Chopped

2 Table Spoons Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped

1 Table Spoon Mint Finely Chopped

1 Table Spoon Curry Leaves Finely Chopped

1.5 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Turmeric Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/2 Cup Oil

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala (Making Procedure Provided)

Cooking Procedure

Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilly Powder, Chopped Onion & Green Chillies, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, 2 Tea Spoon Oil to the Chicken in a big bowl.

Mix the ingredients well adding 1.5 cups of water.

Place the same bowl on a heater covering it with a lid and let the chicken cook on low heat until the water is completely absorbed. Take off the heat once chicken is cooked.

Keep a pan big enough to hold the chicken on the heater and add oil to it.

Add chopped Curry leaves to the hot oil and add the cooked chicken to the pan.

Fry the chicken in the pan on medium heat until chicken turns golden brown color.

Add chopped coriander & mint leaves to the fried chicken and take it off the heater.

Procedure for Making Garam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Garam Masala Powder.
