Ingredients

1/2 Kg Cabbage Chopped into Medium Size Pieces

1 Table Spoon Grated Fresh Coconut

1 Table Spoon Minapappu (White Gram)

10 Curry Leaves

2.5 Table Spoons Oil

1 Tea Spoon Chopped Ginger

1/2 Tea Spoon Jeelakarra (Cumin Seeds), Avalu (Mustard Seeds)

6 Green Chillies Chopped into Fine Pieces

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

1 Tea Spoon Salt

10 Cashew Nut Pieces

1 Onion Chopped into Fine Pieces

1 Table Spoon Coriander

Cooking Procedure

n n Add oil to a pan on the heater.n n Add Jeelakarra (Cumin Seeds), Avalu (Mustard), Curry Leaves, Chopped Green Chillies, Chopped Onion, Chopped Ginger, Minapappu(White Gram), Cashew Nuts to the hot oil.n n Mix well and let them fry until Onion or Cashew or Minapappu(White Gram) turns golden brown color. n n Add Turmeric and mix well.n n Add Chopped Cabbage and Salt to the above mixture and mix well.n n After Cabbage is partially cooked on low heat for around 10 minutes add Grated Fresh Coconut and Coriander.n n Cook it until complete water is absorbed and Cabbage is well cooked.nn
