Boiled Egg Tomato Curry

Ingredients

2 Boiled Eggs Cut into Two Vertical Pieces Each

1/4 Kg Tomatoes Cut into Vertical Pieces

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/6 Tea Spoon Salt (Or to Your Taste)

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

1 Table Spoon Coriander Leaves

1/2 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

1/4 Tea Spoon Garam Masala (Procedure Explained)

2 Table Spoons Oil

1 Medium Sized Onion Cut Vertically into Small Pieces

Cooking Procedure

Heat Oil in a Pan and saute Onion until they turn Golden Brown. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilly Powder, 2 Table Spoons Water to the sauted Onions and let it cook on low heat.

After Tomatoes are well cooked add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and mix.

Add to it the Boiled Egg Pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Mix gently to avoid Egg Yolk from breaking.

Garnish cooked curry with Coriander Leaves and turn off the heat.

Simple & tasty recipe, goes well with Steamed Rice or Chapati.

Notes

Procedure for Making Gharam Masala Powder: Grind 4 Cloves,4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs
