Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Beetroot

1 Medium Sized White Radish

2 Cups Finely Sliced Cabbage

2 Medium Sized Carrots

2 Medium Sized Onions Sliced into Thin Vertical Pieces

2 Medium Sized Lemons

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

Cooking Procedure

Peel off outer skin of Beetroot, Radish, Carrot and wash them well.

Grate Beetroot, Radish and Carrot.

Add Grated Beetroot, Radish, Carrot & Sliced Cabbage, Onions to a bowl and mix them.

Add Lemon Juice & Salt to the mixture just before eating, this is to avoid formation of water in the salad.
