Ingredients

3 cups of Mango Juice (from Ripe Juicy Mangoes)

2 Tea Spoons Kas-Kas (White Poppy Seeds)

1.5 Table Spoon Sugar

1/2 Tea Spoon Cardamom powder

Cooking Procedure

Make 3 cups of juice from the Ripe Mangoes (of juicy type) Mix this juice in a blender for 30 seconds.

Add Kas-Kas(White Poppy Seeds), Sugar, Cardamom powder to the juice and mix well.

Goes well with Poori / Dosa or can be enjoyed as juice too.
