About Recipe

Palak Paneer (Spinach and Cheese) had been my very first preference after visiting a Punjabi Dhaba (Restaurant). I'm always searching for superior Dhaba's to learn more about the awesome foods that they supply that is daily preferred over elaborate restaurant foods. In an ordinary dhaba, foods items is usually functioned in steel plates and thali consists of a tasty collection of meals served with raw onions and green complete chilli (that I dared to chew )! This North Indian dish is full of protein, iron and it has an amazing flavour when consumed new naan or roti. It appears so tempting with its own creamy lettuce green contrasting with pristine whitened paneer. Paneer is created with the addition of lemon juice hot milk. Though milk is boiling, add lemon juice to it and wait before curd separates from whey. The curd is then emptied and excess water has been squeezed from it the resulting solution is Paneer. To make your life much simple, you can go into some Indian food shop and buy ready-made paneer.
