Healthy beet root puri, fast and easy to cook

Ingredients

1 cup maida

1/2 cup wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon ajwaain and black kalaunji

Salt to taste

1 small beet root

Red chilli powder to taste

Cooking Procedure

Add maida and wheat flour in a bowl . Now add ajwaain and black kalaunji into it, add salt and red chilli powder to taste. Grind the beet root in a grinder and add this into the flour mixture. Now make a soft dough and keep it aside for 10mins. Heat the oil in the pan and make small puris of your choice.nnnServe it hot with any kind of vegetables or Chutni .
