Ingredients

Chicken Boneless 200 gms, Cashewnuts fried 20 gms, Oil 2 tbsp,

Onions Chopped 75 gms, Tomatoes Chopped 50 gms, Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp,

Whole Black Pepper Crushed 1/4 tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp,

Chilli Powder 1 tsp, Slit Green Chillies 3 nos, Curry Leaves 1 sprig,

Coriander Leaves Chopped, Divided 2 tbsp, Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Method:-nn Cut the chicken into small pieces wash and keep aside. Heat oil in pan add onions and sauté on low heat. Add curry leaves, slit green chillies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tomatoes and continue sauté till the oil separates. Add chicken, chilli powder, salt and mix well. Sprinkle a little water and cook the chicken on low heat till the chicken is completely cooked. Add garam masala powder, fried cashewnuts, crushed pepper and half of the coriander leaves and mix well.  Remove from the heat and garnish with remaining coriander leaves and serve hot.n
