These cookies are healthy as they are made of oats

Ingredients

oats 1 cup

wheat flour 1 cup

sugar 1 cup

demerera sugar 1 cup

butter unsalted 1/2 cup

salt a pinch

soda a pinch

Cooking Procedure

n Preheat the microwave at 180 nn degreesnn  celsius. Mix the ingredients in a bowl  lightly using your hands. Add a little water and knead to a dough of thick consistency. Grease a plate . Make small cookies  between palms and place them on the plate. Microwave for ten to twelve minutes. The cookies should turn brown in colour and you should get the aroma of it. Cool and then store in an air tight container.nn  nn  n
